The sale of property in the Cincinnati areas of Mt. Adams, Hyde Park, Indian Hill, Mason, and Montgomery has slowed down in 2007 from a few years ago. It is my hope that the bottom of this housing mess will come sometine in 2008. After the bottom, hopefully with interest rates still low, by historical standards, the Cincinnati areas real estate will bounce back and the local economy will rebound.
